At Unique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or other reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, damaged during shipping), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid return label.

Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

9. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable international shipping service
  • Refund processing times may be longer due to international shipping and customs clearance
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

10. Restocking Fee

We do not currently charge a restocking fee for standard returns. However, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee for items returned in unsellable condition due to customer damage or misuse.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)

12. Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return and refund under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale."

13. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

14. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately at returns@decorfear.com. Once an order has shipped, you must follow our standard return process.
