Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund - no return required.
