At Unique, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processes, timelines, and costs.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time and includes:

  • Order verification and payment confirmation
  • Product preparation and quality checks
  • Packaging and labeling

Note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within Japan)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - free
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - Â¥1,200
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders 

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination:

  • Asia-Pacific: 7-14 business days
  • North America: 10-20 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Other regions: 15-30 business days

International shipping costs are free.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Japan Post
  • Yamato Transport (Kuroneko)
  • DHL Express (for international orders)
  • UPS (for international orders)

All shipments include tracking numbers so you can monitor your delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase which is free.

6. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders :

  • Applies to standard shipping only (not express)
  • Is valid for shipping addresses within Japan
  • Cannot be combined with certain other promotions (unless specified)

7. International Orders - Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. These charges are:

  • Determined by your local customs authority
  • Not included in our product prices or shipping costs
  • Payable by you upon delivery or customs clearance

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Customs Declarations: We accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments as required by law. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue items to help you avoid customs fees.

8. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
  4. Contact us at support@decorfear.com if you still can't locate your package

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  2. Contact us immediately at support@decorfear.com
  3. Provide your order number and photos

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your address:

  • Contact us immediately at support@decorfear.com
  • We can update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet
  • Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Unclaimed package

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for paying the reshipping costs.

11. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items:

  • Items may ship separately from different warehouses
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
  • Delivery dates may vary for each shipment

You will not be charged shipping , even if items ship separately.

12. Pre-Orders and Backorders

For pre-order or backordered items:

  • Estimated ship dates will be displayed on the product page
  • We will notify you if there are any changes to the expected ship date
  • In-stock items in the same order may ship separately

13. Order Modifications

To modify or cancel your order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@decorfear.com
  • Include your order number and requested changes
  • We can only modify orders that haven't been processed or shipped

14. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes for certain products
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for options)
  • Countries with trade restrictions or embargoes

If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

15. Holiday Shipping

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons:

  • Processing times may be extended
  • Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
